A manufacturing defect refers to any flaw or fault in the materials or craftsmanship that occurs during the production process. It can include issues such as loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or structural problems with the jewelry.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or loss of gemstones due to mishandling. It also does not cover damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or improper care.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team with your order information, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence, such as photos. Our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
